Are Pro-Knot cards waterproof?

Yes. Our knot references are made from solid, laminated plastic, not paper, so they’re fully waterproof and durable. They can handle rain, river spray, and even saltwater without warping or smudging.

How many knots are included?

It depends on the set. Our Outdoor Knot References include 24 knots, while our Fishing, Fly Fishing, and Saltwater Fishing sets each include 12 of the most essential knots for that activity. The Fisherman’s Ultimate Knot Guide covers 10 key fishing knots and also includes a fold-out ruler. Each product page lists the knots included in that set.

Are Pro-Knot cards good for beginners?

Absolutely. Each card has simple, step-by-step illustrations that make it easy to learn. Beginners use them to build confidence, while experienced outdoorspeople keep them as a quick reference.

Who uses Pro-Knot?

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

Do you offer custom logo printing?

Yes. We can add your logo or branding to knot cards for company giveaways, training tools, or event swag. Reach out through our Contact Us page to learn more. We also offer custom assortments of knots from our library of over 175 knots. 1000 order minimum.

When will my order ship?

We are a small family business and fulfill orders on Monday and Tuesday every week. Shipping is calculated by Shopify for competitive USPS rates.

Do you ship international?

Outside of the United States we only ship to Canada and that is quite expensive for the customer, but it is available. There are some Canadian outlets that carry our cards such as MEC and Adventure Pro Zone. Their mail order departments will probably be cheaper than us mailing from the US. Also our cards can be found in the UK, sold by Sportfish for the fishing knots and Bushgear.co.uk for rope knots and fishing knots.

What is your return policy or warranty?

We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products or have a problem with them, just use the Contact Us page to drop us a line and we will issue you a refund or replace the item no matter where you bought it!

Where are Pro-Knot products made?

Pro-Knot was founded in the Pacific Northwest, over 30 years ago and is still family-run today. While production now takes place overseas to maintain consistent quality, every product is designed, tested, and shipped with care from our team here in Bend, Oregon.
